Union LA

Los Angeles-based fashion retail outpost and lifestyle brand Union LA first opened its doors in 1989. The store, operated by Chris Gibbs, started as the west coast branch of New York-based streetwear pioneer Union, famously founded by Supreme founder James Jebbia. While the New York Union store has since shuttered, Union LA continues the legacy of the original SoHo store with its meticulously curated collection of streetwear and emerging designers. The Union brand made the playbook for streetwear culture. Union LA is known for its highly anticipated and exclusive drops. Capsule collections with Nike have resulted in highly coveted Jordan 1 and Jordan 4 styles. Comfortable cotton Union LA hoodies and long sleeve t-shirts evoke the brand’s storied history within both streetwear and sneaker culture. Popular Union LA shorts and bottoms styles are frequently spotted in LA and beyond. Known for stocking streetwear staples such as Salomon and Stussy alongside Bode and Kapital, Union LA operates an in-house label aptly titled Union Los Angeles.
