German footwear maker Birkenstock partners with heritage French design house Dior to create exclusive co-branded Birkenstock x Dior styles. Established in 1774, Birkenstock is known for its comfortable orthopedic cork-soled styles. Dior, founded in 1946, started as a haute couture house led by designer Christian Dior. Dior’s opulent collections revived the French fashion industry and ushered in Dior’s “New Look” era. Birkenstock and Dior are united in the two brand’s heritage histories and devout commitment to craftsmanship. Like all other Birkenstock shoes, Birkenstock Dior styles are made in Germany.
