I've only worn it a couple of times, and it's not dirty anywhere. The weave isn't perfectly smooth, but it's always been that way. The visor is slightly stiffer than a simple woolen cloth, but it's not as hard as a regular hat—it's flexible, in short. I'm selling it because it's a bit small on me, and because of that the visor gets misshapen on the head, but I have a large head. It fits a size S/M. It looks beautiful with both ends of the scarf hanging down, with just one wrapped around the neck, or both... even without the hat on, it looks like a "hood" on the nape of the neck, and it looks great. It's truly a beautiful, unique piece.
