I believe this is the top half of a matching set. Kapital sells a pant with the same prisoner motif in two colorways (black and blue); this top is part of the blue variant.

Condition: Worn but healthy. Has all the original buttons, tags and color. Some of the white has gone vintage, but no tears or holes.
