Originally designed in the early 1990’s by Gregg Templeton of Not Fade Away, and both licensed & blessed by the band!

This is a FIRST GENERATION “Space Your Face” tie-dye long-sleeve tee!! There may be some short sleeve re-prints out there, but few of the OG long-sleeves!

Space Your Face is a play on the original Steel Your Face from the late 60’s/early 70’s by Bob Thomas, who created Steelie (the original skull with lightning bolt) which became arguably the most iconic logo representing the Dead. In the late 80’s/early 90’s, Templeton created Space Your Face by replacing the lightning bolt with a depiction of outer space… referencing the music (and the party which accompanied) taking you to outer space.

It’s almost 25 years old, yet it is in Vintage Flawless condition (no stains, tears or other imperfections)!!

This will only get more valuable as it gets more rare & harder to source!
