Seller Description
This jacket is from the Autumn/Winter 2002 “Nowhereman” collection. It features a substantial dark denim shell detailed with brass buttons and heavy brown waxed-twill stitching. Brown corduroy accents the collar and continues beneath the front button placket, while the interior is finished with a brown cotton lining.
Ventilation openings are featured beneath each arm, a detail commonly seen throughout the season’s outerwear. For this collection, Takahiro Miyashita partnered with the Merinolino fabric house, utilizing a distinctive blend of linen and merino wool to create the structured, heavyweight textiles used throughout the jacket.
The jacket remains in exceptional condition, with no rips, stains, or notable damage. Extremely thick and substantial in hand, it is a beautifully constructed piece well suited for colder weather and an excellent example of Number (N)ine’s early-2000s outerwear.
