Metro Boomin

Leland Tyler Wayne, better known as Metro Boomin, is an American record producer. Born in 1993 in St. Louis, Missouri, the producer is known for his trap beat productions instantly recognizable by his producer's tag featuring Future's phrase, "If young Metro don't trust you, I'm gon' shoot you."

After relocating to Atlanta to attend Morehouse College in 2011, Metro rose to acclaim, working as a producer for artists like Future, Young Thug, Travis Scott and Gucci Mane. The producer released several collaborative clothing collections with brands like Hellstar and Sp5der Worldwide while also releasing Metro Boomin merch under the self-released BOOMINATI label.
