Marine Serre is a French fashion designer known for her eponymous label. Born in 1991, Serre graduated from La Cambre art school in Brussels, Belgium. Serre’s graduation show caught the eye of Comme des Garçons’ Dover Street Market. Balenciaga designer Demna Gvasalia hired Marine Serre after her graduation. Marine Serre’s self-titled label launched in 2016. Marine Serre clothing is known for the label’s distinct crescent moon motif. Signature moons grace Marine Serre tops along with sunglasses.

In 2017, Serre won the prestigious LVMH Prize for young fashion designers. The designer has worked under prestigious designers such as Alexander McQueen’s Sarah Burton, Bottega Veneta’s Matthieu Blazy, and Raf Simons. Marine Serre is known for creating stretchy skin tight apparel known as second skin.
