Body Glove Men's Sunglasses

Founded in 1953 by twin brothers Bill and Bob Meistrell, Body Glove is one of the pioneering brands in surf history. From the back of their Redondo Beach, CA surf shop named Dive N' Surf, the Meistrells were one of the early developers of what we now know as the wetsuit, using an insulating material from fridges called Rubitex to create a neoprene-like fabric. Body Glove is still family-owned and still produces state-of-the-art wetsuits. In the 1980s, the brand developed the very first Neoprene Day-Glo wetsuits, which are now iconic thanks to their striking neon colors. Next to surfing gear, the brand expanded into a full clothing line, bringing items like Body Glove Water Shoes, Body Glove sunglasses, and Body Glove swim trunks.
