Human Made × Louis Vuitton

As part of the LV² series, which allows top designers to design a collection for the iconic house, Louis Vuitton invited NIGO and his Human Made brand for two capsule collections in Pre-Fall 2020 and Pre-Spring 2022. With NIGO being a huge influence on Virgil Abloh, the Men's Creative Director at that time, the Louis Vuitton x Human Made collections displayed perfect synergy between streetwear and high fashion. Both Human Made x Louis Vuitton collections featured preppy-inspired designs, including loafers, ties and collegiate-style blazers. The collections also incorporated NIGO's unique Japanese-American referencing, with prints from the Human Made archive, sashiko stitching, army-inspired jackets and, of course, premium luggage.
