These are absolutely insane.

Kind of creepy and scary? Yes! Kind of look like someone caught big foot lackin and cut his hands off? YES! Older than your grandpa? YES!

What you are looking at here is are a very rare pair of antique bear fur gloves. Yes bear, black bear to be specific. Could be up to 100 years old, judging by the leather Id wager these are no more recent than the 1940s.

Fur mittens (and Bear fur mittens specifically) were popular at the turn of the 1900s and again just aftet World War 1, as some soldiers were issued bear fur mitts (often called gauntlets) and then had custom ones made when they returned back home.

Ive actually never seen a full bear fur glove, as they are usually made into mittens for greater warmth. These ones are def a custom pair, could literally be from 1890 or could be from the 1950s, its pretty tough to tell.

These have wear consistent with age and use. These have wear around the index and thumb, likely from operating a snowmobile. These could use a clean and are somewhat delicate, but not to the point of being unwearable.

How it fits me: Bout an inch to short in the palm but not like obscenely small. Can still fit hand it, just wouldnt make sense for regular wear.
(I have fairly large man hands. From the base of my palm to the top of my middle fingers is about 9.2 cm)
