Samples are items that the designers made strictly for sample purposes or items that never made it into production. They are a great way for customers to buy 'one off' items
The samples are usually the same quality as the production garments, in fact samples are better quality as the manufacturers know that good retailers will not buy shoddy goods.
For the manufacturers to be able to take orders they have to have 'samples' of their designs.
