I think these are pre Safilo era Celine eyewear, and certainly pre-LVMH - which would put these as no more recent than 2011. That said, cant find much more about these, they are awesome and I guess rare.

Mrs. Mannequin head (White) has a generally smaller sized cranium. It clocks in at around 52cm in circumference. Most pairs of shades look good on a variety of head shapes and sizes, but its good to have some form of reference.
