This is a vintage leather jacket based on the movie AKIRA, worn by one of the main characters Kaneda. Good for cosplay at a convention, or as a gift to a fan of the movie. Acquired on a trip to Tokyo in 2016 for $200, due to the condition of the stitching, I think 150 is fair.
