BLK DNM Leather Moto Jacket, size men's medium. I believe this is a variant of their 'Leather jacket 15' model, without the epaulets on the shoulder (personally I like this model better, with the ribbed stitching/padding instead). The jacket is in good condition, and has a slim fit. I am 6'', 155-160 pounds and it fits me very well.

There is one tear in the leather on one of the bottom belt buckles. I'm sure it would be a simple repair.
