Arc'teryx has used two different materials for the Atom LT . Coreloft TM was used for insulation on the torso, arms and hood. To ensure greater breathability, flexible Polartec Power Stretch fleece was used under the arms. So if you wear the jacket while you are active - the material combination is really great. You sweat the most under the arms and that is precisely where the jacket is most breathable. However, if you want to wear it during breaks or in the evening, you will notice very clearly that the cold penetrates through the Power Stretch areas. So you should think carefully beforehand whether you really need the LT version or would prefer the normal Atom SV without inserts.
