It is not a smooth or rigid suiting fabric, but rather a loose, breathable black textile with visible fabric character, closer to Yohji’s spring/summer material language. The linen gives the pants a dry hand feel and natural structure, while the rayon adds drape, allowing the wide silhouette to fall softly without feeling stiff. When worn, the fabric creates gentle vertical shadows through its folds and movement.

The silhouette is high-waisted, loose, and generously wide. Pleats at the front allow the fabric to expand from the waist through the thighs and legs, creating a sense of volume somewhere between hakama pants, balloon pants, and wide military trousers. The legs are not simply straight; they have a subtly tapered structure, allowing the pants to retain a sense of weight and closure rather than spreading out completely.
