24karats was established in the early 2000s as a lifestyle and fashion brand inspired by music, dance, and street culture. The brand was created under LDH JAPAN, the management company behind EXILE, with the aim of expressing the group's identity and artistic vision through fashion.

The name "24karats" symbolizes purity and authenticity, much like 24-karat gold. It reflects the brand's philosophy of staying true to oneself and maintaining high-quality standards in both design and lifestyle.

Initially, 24karats gained popularity through EXILE members, who frequently wore the brand in music videos, concerts, and public appearances. This strong connection helped the brand quickly build a loyal fan base, especially among youth and streetwear enthusiasts in Japan.
