• Clean & Ready: Every pre-owned piece is washed and cleaned before it’s listed 🧼 (unless the care tag says "Dry Clean Only").
• The "Vintage" Reality: These clothes have lived a previous life! They might carry a faint scent of a previous home or cologne. Since some items have been stored for a while, I always recommend giving them a quick spin in your own laundry for that "new-to-you" freshness.
• Expect Character: Unless I’ve marked it as "Pristine," please expect some natural wear. It’s part of the soul of second-hand!

✈️ International Neighbors
• The Customs Wait: Sending gear across borders takes time. Customs can sometimes hold things up for 2-3 weeks (or more). I wish I could speed up the planes, but once it’s shipped, it’s in the hands of the postal gods!
• If you’re in a rush, please reconsider, as I can't control delivery delays.

📍 Address Check!
• Double-Check Your Digits: Please make sure your shipping address is 100% correct before paying. Once you hit "buy," Grailed locks in the label, and I cannot change it.

• The "One-Shot" Rule: If an item is returned because of an address error or a language USPS doesn't recognize, I cannot ship it out a second time. Once a label is scanned, it’s officially "used up."
