【OVERVIEWS】
These are triacetate wrap-style layered trousers from Yohji Yamamoto's Spring/Summer 2017 women's collection.

These trousers feature a sophisticated wrap-style layered design.

The layer on the left leg extends only to the pocket area, creating a loose, flowing visual effect.

Extra fabric at the waist, with a drawstring extending from the inside, allows the waist to be cinched to the right side, creating a wrap-around effect.

Even without the drawstring, the natural drape of the waist is distinctive and impressive.

The layer on the right leg is connected to the underpants via an inside seam.

The outer side is similar to the left leg, creating a loose, flowing effect and giving the fabric a dynamic movement.

The underpants have an outer slit, secured only by a central tie.

This design allows you to fully appreciate the light drape and overlapping beauty of the layered fabric.

The back panel features a skirt-like layered design.

The center section features an inward pleat design with a snap closure.

The connected closure creates a more elegant drape.

Triacetate/polyester - also known as tuxedo fabric (de Chine)

Tuxedo fabric is a common name given by Yohji Co., Ltd. itself, more accurately de Chine fabric.
de Chine uses sweet and strong lines for dense braiding, which is characterized by a fine texture on the surface.
The braided structure is different from the wool wardar. (Wrinkle gabarle is diagonal tissue, de Chine is plain tissue)
Therefore, the surface of decene is smoother, thinner, and feels smoother than GABA.
The Dehine fabric has higher instantaneous strength and agility and therefore also features a more dynamic movement
When the material moves, the air flows more easily and does not become viscous even when sweating.

In the summer months, de Chine seems more comfortable
Both have textured and relatively easy-to-move material on their surfaces.
Although there is a slight difference in gloss, it is within the acceptable range if considered as “depth and variation in black performance”.
