Levi's Vintage Closing 1947 501XX reprint. The finish is attractive with repair processing in various places and bleaching on the hem. The damage to the hem is also boldly expressed. The silhouette is a beautiful straight that falls straight from the knee. The details of this era were post-war models, with a new method of two-needle diamond point arcuette stitching. Punched rivets, red ears in coin pockets, and cowhide leather patches.

HISTORY OF Levi's 501XX 1947 MODEL:
With the end of World War II, strict material control was lifted, and the 501 finally returned to the market in its original form. The biggest feature is the revival of the arcuette stitch, which is a symbol of Levi's. It is also a new specification called "Diamond Point" that uses a two-needle sewing machine, which was a new method at that time, and was equipped for the first time on this model. At the same time, the leather patch made of genuine leather has the "S" (Simplified: simplified) removed from the S501XX used in World War II, and the button is also a full original Levi from the open top type with a laurel pattern. Returning to the engraved one, the rivets in the watch pocket have also returned. Conversely, back straps and crotch rivets (inseam) have been omitted as they are no longer needed in this era. The 501 1947 model, which reproduces the specifications, faithfully reproduces other hidden rivets and red tabs with big E embroidered on only one side, and you can enjoy the details unique to that time in detail.
