From Yohji Yamamoto's Fall/Winter 2011 "Pour Homme" mainline collection, this season drew inspiration from Alfred Hitchcock's film The Birds, famously known as the "Raven Season." Models of different ages and body types once again highlighted the artistry of Yohji Yamamoto's tailoring. Every piece in the collection exudes a handsome elegance, with rustic, mottled, heavy, and dense wools enhancing the overall series.

This piece corresponds to the runway look shown in Image 4. A special technique was employed, in which the fabric was soaked in a custom chemical solution to corrode the material, ultimately creating this uneven, dyed effect. Even a decade later, it remains strikingly avant-garde. The front features multiple buttons, allowing for playful styling by fastening them in intentionally misaligned ways (Image 1), offering various styling possibilities. Made from a wool-linen blend, it is in excellent condition with no flaws.
