Overall in very nice condition. There are a few minor flaws, all clearly shown in the photos:

Two small stains on the front near the shoulder

One small stain on the back side panel (slightly more visible)

One very small pinhole on the back shoulder area

All flaws are minor and do not affect wearability. Aside from these, the long sleeve is in excellent shape and feels great overall.
