Received in a trade but it overlaps with a couple rain shells I already use so it's on the way out. There is a bit of roping around the hems / edges, as is the nature of Ventile®, and the wrist adjusters are a bit worn but outside of those factors this anorak is in great condition. As always, do not hesitate with questions or concerns.

Description:
This anorak jacket has a classic pattern and is popular for outdoor activities, hunting, and town use. The fabric is Ventile® cotton, which is a densely woven long staple cotton that is naturally breathable, windproof, and durable. One of the standard models, it is the longest-running model in Tilak's current lineup, celebrating 10 years since its release in 2020 with almost no updates. This shows the high level of perfection of the Odin Jacket and the deep-rooted popularity of anorak-type jackets.
The origins of this fabric date back to the 1930s in England. Ventile® fabric developed for use in military pilot suits. After it was adopted during World War II, it extended the life support period for air force pilots who made an emergency landing in the North Sea in winter, and it is said that the survival rate of pilots increased dramatically. When moisture soaks into this fabric, the fibers expand to prevent moisture from entering. Although it is not completely waterproof, it can be said to be a highly functional fabric that is breathable (including moisture permeable), windproof, and durable. In addition, it has a natural texture and does not make any rubbing noises when worn like nylon fabric, so it is often used in hunting jackets. In addition, it is still used for medical, military, and local exploration purposes.
This fabric, like denim, will fade and fade with wear. Please understand that this is an aging process and use it regularly. Equipped with 3 inner pockets inside the kangaroo pocket on the chest, a small pocket on the left arm, and a hand pocket. Has left and right ventilation on the body side. The ventilation zipper on the left side is a double zipper, so lowering the top zipper pull allows for ventilation, and raising the bottom zipper pull allows for clearance when putting on and taking off. Using this ventilation from the waist to the armpits, when wearing a backpack, the hipbelt can be kept close to the body under the jacket, without interfering with the use of the pockets.
