Coveted, Badass $1,700 w/tax BELSTAFF Black Leather Accent Peacoat, Incredible Details – Tom Ford, Saint Laurent, Billy Reid Aesthetic

I had this same one for years and it was one of the more painful things I’ve listed, but I promised myself I would when I upgraded to a similar TOM FORD. It’s jaw-droppingly good, always attracting compliments. Honestly I’d put the quality up next to the TF, which was more than 3x the price.

A good peacoat is one of the best time-tested essentials in your entire wardrobe. The peacoat is inherently masculine, has stood the test of time and every top designer has taken their shot at it! It’s an extremely flattering fitted silhouette on any man. This custom version from Belstaff makes you instantly sexy and badass – trust me, women will take notice!

I’ve owned just about every elite version out there including Saint Laurent and Tom Ford, and have always been extremely impressed with Belstaff’s quality, fit and details (so much so that I’ve still hung onto some of their jackets despite acquiring numerous Tom Ford).

Everywhere you look on this incredible piece are their epic hardware and zips, metal branded press studs, metal hang chain, intricate stitching throughout and of course, the can’t miss stunning leather accent details.

I’ve seen so many people wearing cheap-to-mid-range leather jackets that might look good from a distance, but fall apart up close. The best jackets just get better the closer you get and the details really come alive. It makes such a huge difference to your confidence, your overall demeanor and the attention/respect you attract. An investment like this is definitely worth the money and will continue to just get better with age.

It seems like the Belstaff prices haven’t increased in all this time, which is surprising. They may have sacrificed quality to achieve this as everything else has gone up, but I can assure you this era definitely holds its own against the elite brands!

Belstaff is a heritage British motorcycle brand with the pedigree, quality and authenticity (Steve McQueen, Daniel Craig, Ewan MacGregor, George Clooney, David Beckham and many more were/are fans) that perfectly made the leap to the modern era of fits and styles for men and women (David Beckham did a capsule collection with them along with a great brand campaign video if you can find it online).

Selling this for a friend. Please note it has some small slight abrasions on the wrist hardware and wrist, but the latter is black on black with double-layers, so it’s not that noticeable.

I'm 6 feet, 194lbs for fit pic reference. I'm typically a comfortable size 50 EU (40 US) and fitted 48 (38 US). My tailor said I’m a natural 21 inch chest, 18 inch shoulder and 25 inch shoulder-to-wrist for fit pic reference.
