Rogue Territory Suede Chelsea Boots with Vibram Wedge Sole

Selling a pair of Rogue Territory suede Chelsea boots in a light tan / sand color with Vibram wedge soles. These are RGT’s casual-leaning Chelsea, originally retailing around $400+, and they are not easy to find in this color and configuration.

Size: 8.5
Color: Tan / sand roughout suede
Outsole: Vibram wedge

Why these are worth a look:
• Premium roughout suede with great texture that breaks in nicely
• Clean, minimal Chelsea shape that works with denim, chinos, and even casual tailoring
• Vibram wedge sole for all-day comfort and a modern workwear look
• High quality stitched construction with plenty of life left in the soles

Condition
Overall condition is lightly used. I would rate them about 7/10.

Uppers: Suede is in good shape with normal wear from a handful of wears. There are some small spots and marks on the toes, most visible on the left boot, as shown clearly in the photos. No deep scuffs, cuts, or blown seams.

Soles: Vibram wedge soles show light wear but still have a lot of life left.

Elastic panels and pull tabs are intact and secure.

I have included clear, close-up photos from all angles so you can see exactly what you are getting. What you see is what you get.

Notes
Stored in a clean, dry home.
Selling because they're my second pair of the same boot, but the originals are holding up well so these don't get worn.
