Secondhand clothing may have signs of wear, small holes, fading, smells, or minor stains, etc if not labeled new. If you have ANY concerns please reach out prior to ordering. If you can’t tell the difference between green and yellow or baby blue and white then send a dm to clarify any confusion.

Low-balllers, time wasters and failed payments will be blocked. Send your offers binding. Reasonable offers are always accepted. If you ask us for a number and we send it, and you ignore it, we will give a few reminders before blocking. So just save everyone the trouble and send it binding.

We cannot discuss any off site transactions or trades here. Please abide by the rules.

Please check measurements to ensure item size accuracy! There are no returns. We use grailed’s system for measuring which means measurements may appear shorter than other sites since they request bottom of collar. Again. All sales are final.

All our pre-owned clothing is WASHED & CLEANED 🧼 prior to shipment (unless care instructions specify not to machine wash). Some garments may still have a faint smell of previous owners house or cologne etc. this is uncommon and can be aired out or deodorized but we can assure you the apparel is washed and clean. Please do not expect, unless noted, for the item to be in pristine or 'like-new' condition.

Shipping info — especially international! — We are not responsible for shipment delays. If your item is passing through customs expect at least 2-3 weeks as a possibility, if not more. If that seems unreasonable — do not order, as it is out of our control.

We aren’t responsible for you entering the wrong address. We cannot make revisions to your address after the payment is confirmed. Grailed keeps your shipping money and makes the labels, we can’t change them or charge less.

If an item is returned to us because you entered an address or language that cannot be processed by USPS this order *will not be shipped out again* in the situation it is returned because *once a label is scanned it cannot be shipped again*. Again — International sales please be prepared to be patient with customs.
