A carefully tailored pair of vintage Japanese trousers in a lightweight linen-wool blend, made for ease, breathability, and quiet elegance.
The fabric has the airy feel of linen, balanced by the graceful drape of wool, making it especially well suited for spring and summer, while still easy to wear in transitional weather. The color is a soft light gray, shifting under the light between a slightly silvery tone and a warmer ash gray, giving the trousers a calm and refined presence.

Ikeda Tailor Shop was a tailor shop once operated in Kobe, Japan, passed down through the seller’s family from her great-grandfather’s generation. It supported the wardrobe of her grandfather for many years.
Her grandfather was also a Japanese scientist known for first identifying cyclodextrin, a compound now used in products such as dental care. In this family line, science and tailoring met quietly across generations.
