Like everything TOM FORD designs, these are his impeccable take on a menswear essential. My friends at TF told me these are Tom’s favorite design, which was abundantly clear as he styled nearly every look on the official website with these at the time! (see extensive reference photos).

Selling these for a friend, but I have the same pair and often style my fit pics with them. They literally elevate everything as you can see. They are equally stunning with leather jackets and casual pieces on up to sartorial blazers. They are also perfect to wear on dates.

These are immediately iconic and clearly distinguished itself from the endless throng of other pants out there with the impeccable fit and incredible details/texture throughout. Price on these were about $1,900 after LA tax.

Black pants are classic, but can look a little heavy, or too common. Having a textured grey pair in your arsenal gives that perfect amount of contrast and visual interest. Like white, this colorway goes with pretty much everything in your closet – these will be your new “go to”.

Mr Tom Ford’s design philosophy is simple: don’t settle for anything less than perfection. And that maxim applies as much to a plain cotton T-shirt as it does a wool barathea tuxedo with all the trimmings. Achieving perfection, of course, is harder than it looks.

“Menswear is a detail-driven business”

This is perhaps the most Mr Tom Ford-esque of Mr Ford’s statements. Mr Ford’s dogged commitment to perfectionism is renowned. And details? Well, those are the things that keep said business running. Menswear, after all, has long been ruled by strict conventions, and there are only so many ways you can reinvent a button-down shirt or chinos. Instead, it’s those tiny tweaks and improvements – a mother-of-pearl button here, a well-placed pleat there – that sort the bog-standard from the superior.

I’ve tried everything out there and nothing else fits or feels like Tom Ford.
