This is a highly designed shirt that looks as if the top and bottom are docked together.
It also has a wide body, creating a wonderful silhouette.

The sleeve length is slightly short.
Please check the actual measurements in the photos.
There is damage as well, so please also check the images.

The lettering on the inside tag has been rubbed off and is no longer readable.

However, since this size tag was used in the 1990s, it indicates that the shirt is from the 1990s.
It is also just barely possible to make out that the material is polyester.
