This is a 7-eyelet lace-up with a full leather lining, leather sock liner (stamped John Varvatos, Made in Italy), Mezzagoma forefoot insert, leather sole, and the signature stacked Cuban heel—angled and tapered for an elevated stance and vintage attitude.
