Handmade in Italy from garment-washed calfskin leather

3-eyelet chukka boot silhouette with soft, lived-in texture

Rich, dark brown hue with tonal variations and rippling due to early-stage wash process (intentional and unique to each pair)

Full leather lining and leather-backed upper for all-day comfort

Leather sole and stacked heel

Constructed using Blake Rapid method:

Inner Blake stitch connecting upper to midsole

Outer Rapid stitch attaching the outsole, providing a welted appearance, enhanced water resistance, and resolability

Sole is stamped with early John Varvatos Collection emblem and “Made in Italy”

This pair showcases Varvatos’ pioneering use of garment washing on both the leather upper and sole—a production method that was revolutionary at the time.
