— De Puta Madre 69 (DPM) is an Italian clothing brand that emerged in the early 1990s inside the Spanish prison “Cuatro Caminos,” founded by Ilan Fernandez, a Colombian drug dealer born in Israel.

— DPM represents one giant trollface😏 hanging over the entire fashion industry of the 2000s:
By creating seemingly glamorous pieces, the brand — almost foreseeing the trends of 2025 — fused the vulgar fashion gloss of the era with its complete opposite: prints soaked in irony, as if drawn by a spiteful, pubescent teenager in a family photo album, or graffiti scraped from the rotting fences of Mexican ghettos, with slogans like:
“Go Hard Big Dick”, “Jesus was a Dealer”, “Gigolo Latino”, “Cock of the Year”, “Will Fuck for Coke”, “Your Mother Sucks Cocks in Hell”, “Terrorist University Graduate”, and “Gang Bang King.”

— Unsurprisingly, the brand was often surrounded by scandals and lawsuits — one of its main marketing strategies.
DPM products were banned from sale in Rome due to T-shirts with slogans like “Jesus was a Dealer” and tags reading “Made in Nazareth.”

— The “Fuck Pedophilia” collection, launched during the brand’s peak (to which these jeans belong), was banned in Germany and Austria.

— Despite its former success, after the commercial failure of the DPM GOLD line in 2014, the brand faded away, losing its original charm and changing its concept to become more bland and gray.

— When creating these men’s jeans, aside from their signature design, the brand decided to play with forms.
Thus, instead of the usual provocative slogans (now only found inside the jeans), the highlight became the extreme low-rise fit — I couldn’t find any men’s jeans worldwide with a lower rise.

— An original ERD lambskin jewelry pouch was deconstructed and used to create luxury lambskin leather patches sewn onto the DPM jeans.

— The jeans are also decorated with additional patches from the collectible edition of Dark Souls III.
