Studio Ghibli x ATARASHII GAKKO! for Hot Topic Japan.

For sale is a 100% authentic Studio Ghibli x ATARASHII GAKKO! tote bag from the 2022 Japanese exclusive product drop in association with Hot Topic of Japan. The bags were exclusive to Japan and were not sold anywhere else.

This is an official Ghibli product - the famed animation studio lead by the legendary Hayao Miyazaki who created iconic films such as Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, and My Neighbour Totoro.

The tote is a collaboration with the incredible Harajuku-based J-Pop group ATARASHII GAKKO! who've released hit singles such as Otonablue, NAINAINAI, Pineapple Kryptonite, and WOO! GO! They've also been featured in promotional campaigns by the likes of Nike and Fortnite. They are represented by 88rising in much of the world.

The graphic is inspired by Kiki's Delivery Service - the 1989 animated feature by Studio Ghibli which also happens to be the most favoured Ghibli film by each of the four AG! members.

This tote is brand new with tags and has never been removed from its plastic bag.

This tote bag was purchased brand new by me at the Studio Ghibli & Hot Topic Japan Harajuku Collective pop up event when I was recently visiting the country.

This was an extremely limited capsule and completely sold out in 2022.
