Ultimate Rare $10,700 w/tax TOM FORD Tan Suede Leather Blazer, Incredible Details, Made In Italy
As a collector for years, all Tom Ford jackets are rare; especially these truly stunning suede blazers. These are the height of refined luxury with an elevated casual essence. Interestingly Tom refers to it as a “sartorial” suede blazer on the website, but they look equally stunning dressed up or down with jeans, and command attention.
Numerous A-List stars have been seen wearing these, including AROD (a huge Tom Ford fan) wearing this exact piece! (see reference)
It’s the one piece that can do it all, in the perfect tan suede! Tom mentioned his preference for wide lapels, but responded to the express desires of his clientele to create some normal versions like these, which are more rare (as much as I love Tom and like both, I prefer these).
I love the pick stitch details, stunning working horn buttons and the intricate layered stitching on the back of the neck (always an attention getter when you wear the collar up slightly like the TF lookbook pics!)
GQ said it best: If money is truly no object, Tom Ford makes holy-grail-level leather jackets so beautiful they bring a tear to the eye. That’s just what the best jackets for men do. They make you stand a little taller, speak with a little more conviction, and seem altogether more alluring. They are like the pill Bradley Cooper takes in the movie Limitless, only they unlock genuine cool instead of psychotic ambition. Of course, confidence of that magnitude doesn’t come cheap. These jackets will keep you feeling like your very best self for years and years to come.--

Mr Tom Ford’s design philosophy is simple: don’t settle for anything less than perfection. And that maxim applies as much to a plain cotton T-shirt as it does a wool barathea tuxedo with all the trimmings. Achieving perfection, of course, is harder than it looks.
“Menswear is a detail-driven business” —Tom Ford
I let this go to a friend awhile back who just found his grail watch and having me list these for him. It’s tempting to buy this back, but I’m completely out of room after my fiance and her daughter moved in.
