OUT AND ABOUT: Jaeger has teamed with British men’s wear designer Lou Dalton on a fall 2016 capsule collection that will be unveiled on Jan. 9, during London Collections: Men.

The two brands said they found common ground in their sense of adventure and flair for functionality, which resulted in a capsule collection of outerwear pieces.

Inspired by Ernest Shackleton’s endurance expedition to Antarctica in 1914, where the explorer wore protective Jaeger clothing, Dalton and the design team at Jaeger created a collection with a heavy focus on performance wear and essentials, influenced by Jaeger’s archive and Dalton’s contemporary approach to classic tailoring.
