These Aldens are tough, well made boots and feature thick brown Kudu leather and welted rubber soles with aggressive tread. The leather is excellent and the toes are great with no nicks or scratches. The interiors are all leather lined. The original Alden rubber soles show wear at the balls of the feet but are still very thick with plenty of tread. The boots are ready to wear
