Custom order products are all pre-paid. Similar to in-stock products, you can directly choose the payment option on the page and complete the payment.

The label indicating “custom order” usually takes 45-60 days for delivery. Special treatments like stainless steel processing may take an additional 15-30 days. However, delays may occur due to competition or other special circumstances.

Please note: Custom order products do not support seven-day unconditional returns. If there are quality issues, refunds will only be processed at 80% of the amount paid, with the remaining 20% considered as loss compensation.
