Seller Description

A stunning vintage half balmacaan/ overcoat in hand woven Harris Tweed herringbone, pure virgin wool. Made for Margetson-Lee of Vancouver. Single-breasted three-button front, notch lapels, raglan sleeves at back., slanted hip pockets, button tabs on the cuffs. Fully lined in brown, with an interior pocket and an embroidered “JP” monogram on the lining. A substantial coat with plenty of dramatic flair

In very good, gently used vintage condition.

Stated size 40. Fits like a Medium - slim Large, depending on how much you wanted to layer underneath. Best go by the measurements.

The approximate measurements, all hand-measured by me, are as follows:
Pit to pit: 23 inches
Length from middle back under neck to end of sleeve: 33 inches
Length measured from bottom of collar to base of jacket : 43 inches
