In good used condition. Wear to the leather at high wear areas like inside the waistband and the very corner of the cuffs causes slight lightening. Some places on the jacket like the shoulders have a very slightly nap texture, but refer to pictures. Likely due to conditioning etc over the years, there is the possibility of very slight dye transfer from the leather to white fabrics, similar to what you might expect from, say, a black raw denim jacket or less. Realistically not an issue, just be aware if you’re planning on wearing with white jeans or something.

I would say it fits a TTS 48, and would be on the slim side if you want to layer under it, but it’s so war you don’t really need to. But refer to measurements.
