Black with the Lakers logo on the front and a gold side panel with a big #11 and Malone's embroidered signature (stitched, not hand signed). Gold underbrim with MALONE stitched on it, LAKERS on the back. NBA Store hang tag still attached. 92% cotton, 8% polyester, made in China.
