Condition: Fair / Used - Priced to reflect flaws

Flaws:
1. Elastic at bottom hem is 2. Black stains / marks on left sleeve (front & back) and front left side - see last 2 photos. I haven't tried to wash / dry clean, might be removable or not. 3. General wear / need iron.
Other than flaws: No holes, zipper works perfectly, buttons intact.
