U.S. shipments are handled using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping in accordance with eBay’s requirements. Import duties and customs-related charges are arranged by the seller through Japan Post and Zonos.

IMPORT DUTIES & SALES TAX

U.S. state sales tax and import duties are separate charges. Duties processed through Zonos do not appear as a separate import duty line item in our eBay order details. Applicable DDP costs must be included in the item price or shipping cost before checkout.

For eligible U.S. listings, eBay automatically displays an “Import Fees Included” notice. This notice cannot be individually changed or removed by us, and it does not specify the exact duty amount required for shipment.

Eligible orders valued at €150 or less and shipped to EU countries are sent using DDP shipping in accordance with eBay’s requirements.

For EU orders over €150 and shipments to non-EU European countries, including the United Kingdom, import duties, VAT, or clearance fees may be payable by the buyer upon delivery. Taxes or import charges already collected at checkout should not be charged again for the same charges.

SECTION 4 — ORDER CHANGES & GENERAL INFORMATION

ORDERS PLACED WITHOUT PRIOR CONFIRMATION

Once an order has been completed, we cannot separately collect additional import duty payments through the existing eBay order.

If shipping or pricing arrangements need to be corrected, we may propose cancelling and fully refunding the original order by mutual agreement, followed by a new purchase through an updated listing. In that case, we will send the new listing link BEFORE cancelling the original order, allowing you to review the updated price and shipping details.
