Original 1987 german army Bundeswehr rubber overshoes by Cosmoped.

Condition: never worn and preserved in excellent vintage condition.

Size marked: 260-270 (26-27 cm / 10.2-10.6 inches)
Fit: they are designed to be worn over regular shoes, so they fit around an EU 39-40 (US 6.5-7.5) with a shoe underneath. If you wear them alone with an insole and thick socks, they fit closer to an EU 41 (US 8-8.5).

Specs: thick vulcanized rubber, 100% waterproof. Great chunky shape, perfect for archive or avant-garde fits.
