Carhartt J97 Sandstone Detroit jacket in Dark Brown, size 2XL Regular. This is the style behind the classic Detroit look: a short, boxy cut, heavy duck canvas, a contrast corduroy collar, and a warm plaid blanket lining.

This one has a custom beeswax coating applied to the exterior for extra water resistance. It gives the canvas a deeper, broken-in look and helps it shed rain and light snow. The wax is not from the factory, so it will feel a bit stiffer than an untreated jacket. Spot clean only, and don’t machine wash, so the wax isn’t stripped.
