This is wool Saint Laurent Varsity Jacket with leather sleeves. Varsity jackets trace their origins to letterman sweaters, first introduced by the Harvard University baseball team in 1865. Traditionally, varsity jackets feature a large letter in the chest area but this high fashion version of the timeless design takes a different approach by focusing more of the construction and materials of the jacket.
