Ralph Lauren Black Label (RLBL) was a premium, contemporary line from the Ralph Lauren brand that ran from roughly 2005 to 2015. Positioned to compete with the ultra-luxury Ralph Lauren Purple Label, it was known for its sleek, modern cuts, slim silhouettes, and minimalist aesthetic compared to Purple Label's boxier cuts. RLBL has since folded into RLPL and it's primarily the slimmer fitting items of RLPL these days.

The shirt is made in Italy 🇮🇹 by the renowned Caruso. Other than the Napolenese Tailors (Kiton, Brioni, Isaia), it's really only Caruso, Cornelia or Santandrea that could compete with them in terms of shirting construction, fabric and mother of pearl button quality. Both Ralph Lauren Black Label and Purple Label uses the same Caruso factory to manufacture their shirts. Just that RLBL was focused on slimmer cuts and RLPL for boxier cuts.

Condition of the shirt is used. Color has faded and this is slight chipping on the right cuff button. This was one of my favorite dress shirts, so it was worn roughly twice every month. Priced for sale
