Absolutely brand new condition, tried once indoors only, tags still on, stored in garment bag. Only one (tiny) flaw: there is a very small river / button missing, at the bottom corner of the right front pocket (see pics 7 vs 8). It does not impact wearing, nor the sturdiness of the piece. Super rare in this condition
