Reasonable offers are always accepted. Send your offers binding. Do not message “lowest” - if you message an offer and we send it and you don’t respond we will block. We have thousands of items here. Please don’t waste our time. We will not waste yours.

We cannot discuss any off site transactions or trades here. Please abide by the rules.

Pictures speak for condition. Happy to provide more upon request. But we have added a view of every angle. We fill toe boxes the same way any retailer does, but try to highlight any flaws as best we can.

We authenticate all of our products in house from years of being around, but we ALSO run a checkcheck for every shoe. Grailed occasionally authenticates as well but we have no idea how or when they choose to do so. All purchases are protected so authenticity is not only something we’ve never had a problem with but is something you are fully protected on.

Please do not expect, unless noted, for the item to be in pristine or 'like-new' condition. There are no color tricks or editing to deceive in our listings. There are times when we overlook very small imperfections or spots, we do our best to photograph all of these beforehand. All sales are final.

Shipping info — especially international! — We are not responsible for shipment delays. If your item is passing through customs expect at least 2-3 weeks as a possibility, if not more. If that seems unreasonable — do not order, as it is out of our control.

We aren’t responsible for you entering the wrong address. We cannot make revisions to your address after the payment is confirmed. Grailed keeps your shipping money and makes the labels, we can’t change them or charge less.

If an item is returned to us because you entered an address or language that cannot be processed by USPS this order *will not be shipped out again* in the situation it is returned because *once a label is scanned it cannot be shipped again*. Again — International sales please be prepared to be patient with customs. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen mail.

Thanks!
