I bought these new from Self-Edge and have lost significant weight in the last few months, so they are now too big for me. They have been worn several times, but never washed other than the factory rinse.

They haven't started to fade yet so there's plenty of time to make them your own.

This pair was hemmed by Alex at Barnabé in Montpellier using a vintage Union Special 43200G chain-stitch sewing machine, the seams were hammered flat and the stitch was hand-knotted upon completion. This chain stitch machine will preserve the "roping" effect when you decide to wash/rinse them further.

I'm 190cm / 6'-3" tall and normally a 32" inseam, the hemmed length is enough for me to wear a 3-5cm cuff at the bottom or to wear them uncuffed.

• Denim: Uses Samurai’s custom 15oz "Otokogi" selvedge denim woven from 100% short-staple Texas cotton. The short fibers and natural seed/stem byproducts give the fabric a famously rough, uneven, and slubby texture with high high-contrast vertical fading potential.
